Payment
One of the biggest challenges when shopping online is an easy and familiar form of payment. We have analysed all payment methods currently available on the internet and selected the most popular.
Kontramarka.com offers the following payment options:
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard): This method of payment is one of the most popular on the Internet. That is why we could not but offer you this option. Please note that we currently only accept VISA and MasterCard, however we are planning to extend this offer in the future. Please note that we may require an additional code within the scope of the so-called 3D-Secure security. Some banks generate this code separately for each transaction, in other banks this code is static and is used each time. WARNING: if you are not sure if you have this code, please choose a different payment method first.
Sofort (by Klarna): To pay your order via Sofortüberweisung you must have access to Online Banking from your bank. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to the Sofortüberweisung page, where you will need to enter your Online Banking login details and confirm the payment as required by your bank, usually using a unique TAN number. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the shop's website. It is important to note that the use of Sofortüberweisung is free for the customer.
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account and have linked your bank account or credit card to it, this is an easy way to pay. After submitting your order you will be automatically directed to PayPal's website to make your payment. After completing payment you will be brought back to our website. Please note that the availability of this payment method depends on many factors during checkout.
Crypto-currency (by Luna): The use of cryptocurrencies to pay for purchases is becoming increasingly popular. The anonymity and security, quick and easy payments, and no exchange rate issues with cross-border payments make them more attractive than traditional payment methods. That is why we decided to offer our customers this payment method. The payment service supports a large number of existing wallets, each of which offers you up to 10 different cryptocurrencies (including Bitcoin, Ether, USDT and others) for payment of your order.
Could there be any complications during the payment process?
We wouldn't call it complication, but in the course of our work we have had to deal with a variety of sometimes completely unforeseeable circumstances of one kind or another. Here are just a few of the cases:
Situation: Bank transfer without an order number, the sender is not in our database.
Solution: In this case we cannot determine which order the payment should be credited to, so we have to wait until the sender shows up.
Situation: The sender forgets to pay the delivery fee when making the transfer.
Solution: We usually contact the customer and point out the error. It's a shame if the customer has the wrong phone number and doesn't respond immediately to the post.
Situation: One order is placed for several people and payment starts to come in parts from each person.
Solution: This is the accounting department's worst nightmare (excuse the tautology). If some people don't provide an order number, that's it. As long as the customer doesn't show up himself, you can't tie up all the threads.
Situation: PayPal payment is selected at checkout, but PayPal itself says that the money has not been received and asks not to hurry with the shipment.
Solution: Apparently this happens if you have not connected your account to PayPal, so that the money is automatically deducted from your account. Usually such orders are never finalised.
Situation: Payment by PayPal was made and tickets sent, however, later PayPal reports suspicions that the payment was made with funds from illegal activities and blocks the payment while it is being investigated.
Solution: A very unpleasant case, which happens consistently 1-2 times a year. We will inform the client about the situation by email. If the situation happened just before the event, we have to inform our colleagues in the hall as well. They will decide how to proceed. If there is still enough time before the event, we will wait for the results of the investigation. In case the suspicions are confirmed, we will be forced to demand payment by other available means.
Delivery
The issue of delivery plays a crucial role when booking tickets. After all, everyone wants to know when their purchase is in hand.
Kontramarka.com offers only one ticket delivery option:
Print@home Ticket: This delivery method is often referred to as "e-ticketing", although this is not strictly true. We will email your tickets as a PDF file so you can print them out quickly and easily at home. This is the quickest way of getting tickets and normally takes a few minutes after payment has been received. However, it should be noted that emails do go into spam and often go unnoticed. So be sure to check not only the inbox but also the spam.
