The Blues Brothers Tribute Show “Soul Mission” was born out of a sense of mission: the conviction that the blues and R&B are not a closed chapter in history, but music that still demands a stage presence—one that is powerful, vibrant, and uncompromising.
The spirit of the movie *The Blues Brothers* remains a source of inspiration, understood not as a form or a reference, but as a call to action.
The stage ceases to be merely a performance venue and transforms into a space for shared experience.
The concert becomes an act of total devotion to the music.
The project consists of an international collective of musicians from Poland, Belarus, Belgium, and the U.S., united by a shared passion for the blues and its stage energy.
The project is led by the vocals of Neil Nolan and Belgian vocalist Urisk Seliaznev—two different temperaments, two performance styles, but one musical direction.
The horn section is anchored by Grzegorz Palka (trombone), Jakub Lenpa (saxophone), and Jakub Lupinski (trumpet).
The band’s rhythm section consists of Uladzislau Chashchavik (bass), Alexander Khilyuta (drums), Vasyl Yarmolenko (guitar), and Vladimir Mikhnovich (keyboards).
Aga Pudło and Sylwia Dżiczimska complement the vocal and stage energy, adding depth and a soulful atmosphere to the sound.
“Soul Mission” is a tribute show in which music is neither a memory nor a quote, but an action in the here and now—a live experience shared between the stage and the audience.
Because the blues isn’t history.
It is presence.
