The Blues Brothers Tribute Show "Soul Mission" project was born out of a sense of mission: the conviction that blues and rhythm and blues is not a closed chapter of history, but a music that still demands a stage presence - powerful, vibrant and uncompromising.
The inspiration remains the spirit of The Blues Brothers movie, understood not as a form or a quote, but as a call to action.
The stage ceases to be a place of performance and becomes a space of shared experience.
The concert becomes an act of total commitment to the music.
The project consists of an international collective of musicians from Poland, Belarus, Belgium and the USA, united by a common passion for the blues and its stage energy.
At the head are the vocals of Neil Nolen and Belgian vocalist Urisk Selyaznev - two different temperaments, two styles of performance, but one musical direction.
The core of the brass section is formed by Grzegorz Palka (trombone), Jakub Lenpa (saxophone) and Jakub Lupiński (trumpet).
The rhythm of the band is created by Uladzislau Czaszczawik (bass), Oleksandr Hilyuta (drums), Vasil Yarmolenko (guitar) and Volodymyr Michnowicz (keyboards).
Vocal and stage energy is complemented by Aga Pudlo and Silvia Dzhichimska, giving the sound depth and soul atmosphere.
"Soul Mission" is a tribute show in which the music is not a memory or a quote, but an action in the here and now, a lived experience shared between stage and audience.
Because the blues is not a story.
It's about presence.
