The play "Suitcase" in Paris 19 June 2025
"CHEMODAN" - a performance based on the stories of Sergei DOVLATOV
This performance is about how to fit your whole life in one suitcase and keep the warmth of memories when you are far away from home. And about the fact that even in the most difficult times we always have something that makes us stronger - memory, love and hope.
A stellar cast :
- Alexei Kortnev - Musician, theater and film actor, TV presenter, soloist and leader of the group "Neschastny Chance".
- Alexei Agranovich - Actor, director, producer, in 2021-2022. - Artistic Director of the Gogol Center. He has acted in more than 30 films and TV series, and played in Kirill Serebrennikov's productions. Twice nominated for the Golden Mask.
- Semyon Treskunov - Actor, screenwriter, director. Debuted in the movies at the age of 11. Starred in the films "Moms", "Ghost", "Honest Pioneer" and the TV series "Traffic Light", "Ivanovs-Ivanovs".
- Nina Shkara - Musician (piano, organ, vocals). Since 2019, she has participated in opera productions at the Hermitage and Alexandrinsky Theaters.
The music created for the performance creates an amazing atmosphere, where laughter neighbors with nostalgia, and simple stories turn into eternal themes about love, friendship and the search for oneself.
