“Hi, it’s raining today and the weather’s lousy…”—whether it’s a rainy day or a sunny one, these words make you want to sing along. That’s the magic of “Sekret’s” hits, which have made them a favorite of more than one generation. Their music and lyrics have become iconic. These songs, performed live by “Sekret’s” legendary frontmen Maxim Leonidov and Nikolai Fomenko, will be heard across Europe this fall.
Leonidov and Fomenko—a killer duo—are setting out on the “Secret FM” tour to give their fans a true elixir of youth. Freshly brewed according to a time-tested recipe, it will be brimming with that very “Secret” charisma that once captivated stadiums. Since the early 1980s, their songs have remained cult classics for many years, invariably accompanying everything from cozy get-togethers at home to wild office parties, and, of course, concerts and shows of all sizes.
Sekret’s European program will feature all the most anticipated hits: “Hello,” “Boogie-Woogie Every Day,” “Alice,” “My Love on the Fifth Floor,” and other hits—songs that are memorable to hundreds of thousands of Europeans who continue to think and speak in Russian. But this won’t be a retro show: “Sekret” continues to create songs that fit perfectly into its golden repertoire.
Maksim Leonidov and Nikolai Fomenko will take the stage; without them—and this is no secret—the band wouldn’t be the band. Charming, lively, and witty, they sing, play, joke, and radiate true rock ’n’ roll, filling the hall with energy and good vibes.
