Mikhail Labkovsky's Big Psychology Stand-Up!
Even if you don’t believe in psychology and have never heard of the “6 Rules,” you should attend this event!
Mikhail Labkovsky is a psychologist with over 40 years of experience, the author of bestsellers, educational programs, and the unique “6 Rules” methodology.
Forbes magazine named him the most recognizable psychologist in the post-Soviet space, and his book *I Want and I Will* has sold over 3.5 million copies, making it a true phenomenon in Russian-language nonfiction literature. Through his radio and television appearances, Mikhail Labkovsky has made psychology accessible and understandable to everyone.
He explains complex ideas in simple terms—that’s why people listen to him, read his work, and trust him.
The topic of the event is “How to Breathe Deeply When You’re in Deep Shit.”
You know, friends, life doesn’t always go according to plan. Sometimes everything falls apart, relationships don’t work out, you’re drained, anxiety is through the roof, and deep down you feel like you’re in a total sh*tstorm and don’t know how to get out of it.
That’s what we’ll be talking about: how not to fall apart during tough times, how to keep living life to the fullest, how to take care of yourself, and how to find the strength to move forward.
The event will take the form of a unique public consultation, during which you’ll be able to ask your question—either openly into the microphone or confidentially in writing.
