Alexander Vasiliev is a world-renowned fashion historian, collector, theater artist, scenographer, author of more than 30 books, psychoanalyst, lecturer, former host of one of the most highly rated TV programs "Fashion Verdict". "Secrets of Fashion Houses " is a story about how the great couturiers created fashion and what is happening in it now. The fates of Christian Dior, Coco Chanel, Gianni Versace, Yves Saint Laurent and others are connected with the fate of the era, the atmosphere of which they created in their ateliers. They were first and foremost people of art, and only then - merchants. And what is happening now?
